October 2021Deal Flow Update

During our October 2021 meeting, we had two companies present – I Got It, and The Focus Center. 

I Got It
I Got It is a technology company devoted to providing best-in-class software solutions to help partners increase fan engagement and drive revenue, through the deployment of its unique marketplace and patented auction platform, executing digital collectibles (NFTs and Non-NFTs) for its partners. One the best examples is the launch of digital NFTs for the Pro Football Hall of Fame to turn their 30,000 museum artifacts into digital exhibits.

Status
The Due Diligence team is deep into due diligence and will issue a report during our November 2021 meeting.

The Focus Center
The Focus Group is a Post-Covid Healthcare Model for mental well-being. They want to be the provider of choice for communities in need of access to effective behavioral health care.

Trauma and culture impact health and economic outcomes, with Covid contributing lasting, pervasive effects on mental health, both personal and in the workforce. The Focus Center will provide Assessment, Treatment, Medication Management, Continuing Care, Drug and Alcohol assessment, and Peer Counseling for relapse prevention.

Status
The company was well-received during October’s meeting, with several investors realizing the investment potential of the company. Active Angels will not be the Lead Investor, and currently, The Focus Center does not have a lead investor. Once this person or group is identified, Active Angels will re-engage, and perform a deep dive into the company.
